By accessing or using LUXit at luxit.app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a contract. The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or higher age where required by local law).

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Notify us of unauthorized use at support@luxit.app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break laws or violate others' rights.
• Access the Service in an unauthorized manner, or attempt to bypass security.
• Upload malware, conduct scraping that harms the Service, or abuse rate limits.
• Use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.

5. Customer Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content").
• You grant LUXit a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service.
• You represent you have the rights needed to submit Customer Content and authorize its processing.

6. Third-Party Platform Integrations

If you connect LUXit to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube/Google, Snapchat, LinkedIn), your use may be subject to those platforms' terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them.

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans, billing cycles, and refunds (if any) will be described at checkout or in an order form. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described there.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if needed for security or legal compliance, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUXit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LUXit and its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
